* From Wednesday morning to Thursday morning.
* At 3:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tomorrow morning to a crest of 11.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. 
  It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 11.5 feet, Water reaches the Maples area of Shelton.
