  Northwestern Litchfield County in northern Connecticut...

* Until 145 AM EDT.

* At 1046 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain around Sharon and parts of northern and western 
  Litchfield County. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Flash flooding is already occurring. The heaviest rain has moved 
  out and periods of moderate rain are expected the rest of the 
  night.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

northern and western Litchfield County. Between 1 and 3 inches of 
rain have fallen. The heaviest rain has moved out and periods of
