2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen since this morning. The
expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

the City of Chesapeake since this morning. The heavy rain has ended.
However, the threat for flash flooding is expected to continue for
