A weather front near Kaktovik will move E of the area this 
afternoon with high pressure building in over the area. A 1040 mb 
high will develop in the Arctic Plain this afternoon with high 
pressure extending NW across the Arctic. A weak weather front will
move into the SW Arctic this evening, the Central and NW Arctic 
by Wed morning, and the NE Arctic by Thu morning as the high 
pressure moves over the Beaufort Sea with a 1033 mb high in 
MacKenzie Bay.

Arctic and will slide E as a weak weather front in the Chukchi Sea
moves NE into the Arctic. By Thu afternoon high pressure will be 
over the Beaufort Sea and the Arctic Coast with a 1030 mb high 
near MacKenzie Bay and the front will lie from Prudhoe Bay NW 
across the Arctic.
