.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHWEST COAST...
A decaying weather front lies over St Lawrence Island and the 
southwest coast and will continue to decay as it moves N into the
Chukchi Sea tonight. A 1027 mb low will develop along the front 
as it moves to Point Hope Tue, then dissipates as it runs into 
the high pressure over the Arctic. Another weather front will move
to St Lawrence Island and the Lower Yukon Delta late Wed as a 968
mb low moves to the Central Bering Sea.
