Sea forecasts represent the average of the highest one- third of the combined wind-wave and swell height. PKZ298-030330- 420 AM AKST Sat Jan 2 2021 .SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC COAST... High pressure lies from a 1028 mb high 500 nm NW of Wrangle Island SE, then E over 74N to the Beaufort Sea. The high pressure will be pushed S over the nearshore waters as a weather front associated with a 992 mb low near the North Pole pushes S to lie from the Northern Beaufort Sea SW to 100 nm N of Utqiagvik.
