.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHWEST COAST...
A 1000 mb low near Nome will dissipate this evening. High 
pressure will push N over the Bering Strait and Seward Peninsula 
tonight. A rapidly developing low will move out of the Gulf of 
Anadyr SE to St Lawrence Island by Tue evening at 1002 mb. High 
pressure will persist over Interior Alaska with weak low pressure 
over the Chukchi Sea and Brooks Range. The low will move to Norton
Sound Tue night, then inland Wed morning as it weakens rapidly. 
High pressure over Siberia will push SE over the area Wed.
