...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM AKST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions and very cold wind chills occurring.
  Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will cause whiteout conditions
  in blowing snow. Expect wind chills as cold as 55 below zero.
  Significant drifting of the snow is likely. Travel will be very
  difficult.

* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite
  in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
conditions, making travel extremely difficult.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM AKST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills occuring to 55 below zero and snow
  and blowing snow expected. The cold wind chills will cause
  frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin.

* WHERE...Central Beaufort Sea Coast.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and blowing snow will develop this 
  afternoon with winds gusting as high as 40 mph. Plan on 
  difficult travel conditions and reduced visibility to one half 
  mile or less at times. Snow accumulations of up to one inch are 
  expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for wet snow and blowing snow means
periods of wet snow and blowing snow will cause travel
difficulties.

  decrease after midnight. Snow and blowing snow are causing
  visibility of one quarter mile or less this evening. Visibility
  will slowly improve after midnight as winds start to decrease. The
  cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as 10 
  minutes to exposed skin.
