.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

A 998 mb low at 58N 149W moves to 59N 146W at 976 mb Friday 
night. The low then remains stationary near Prince William Sound 
and weakens Saturday evening. A 975 mb low develops at 59N 148W 
Saturday morning and moves to 57N 147W Saturday evening.
