Water levels are high from snowmelt. As the breakup front moves down river, expect higher water and flooding of low lying areas. Reports from aircraft and local observers indicate the ice is not especially strong. Therefore, major flooding from ice jams is not expected, but minor flooding is likely. * Flooding of low lying areas is likely. Move belongings to higher ground. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
