* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest, 
  southeast, and west central New Mexico.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM MST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. 
  Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially 
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing snow may reduce visibility 
  in the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Strong crosswinds can be 
  expected on northwest-to-southeast oriented roads, including U.S. 
  84 and 285.
