* Flash Flood Warning for...
Bernalillo County in central New Mexico...
Northwestern Torrance County in central New Mexico...
Southern Santa Fe County in north central New Mexico...
* Until 1130 PM MDT.
* At 855 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated slow-moving thunderstorms
producing very heavy rain along and south of Interstate 40 between
Edgewood and Moriarty extending toward Escabosa and Chilili.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

EVENING FOR BERNALILLO, NORTHWESTERN TORRANCE AND SOUTHERN SANTA FE
COUNTIES...
At 925 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
locally heavy rain in an area from near Moriarty west to the
Edgewood area then south toward Dunn Place, Pine Springs and
Escabosa. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen across the
area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
