* Flash Flood Warning for...
South Central Torrance County in central New Mexico...
* Until 1030 PM MDT.
* At 734 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated slow-moving strong
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area in south
central Torrance county. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain are
estimated to have already fallen with an additional 0.25 to 1 inch
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
