  South Central Lincoln County in central New Mexico...

* Until 345 PM MDT.

* At 109 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.25 inches of rain have 
  fallen in the last 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts up to 
  0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM MDT THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR SOUTH CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY...

At 217 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms produced heavy 
rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen, 
with the highest amounts around Hollywood and Ruidoso Downs. Though 
the rain has ended, additional rainfall may move over the warned 
area from the south over the next hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Ruidoso, Ruidoso Downs, Alto and Hollywood.

crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not
