* At 527 PM MDT, gauge reports indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one to two inches of rain 
  has already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing 
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Spotter gauge reports.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, 
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM MDT FOR
SOUTH CENTRAL EL PASO COUNTY...

At 553 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has ended 
over the warned area. However, Several reports of 1 to 2 inches of 
rain have been reported, and local flash flooding is still likely 
occurring. The heaviest rain occurred just northeast of Colorado 
Springs.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
