Southwestern Las Animas County in southeastern Colorado...
* Until 645 PM MDT.
* At 339 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across southwest Las Animas County. Radar estimates
that two to three inches of rain has already fallen in the area
southwest of Weston, with around an inch of rain over the rest of
the area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
