* At 349 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Great
Meadows-Vienna, or 17 miles southwest of Newton, moving east at 25
mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

Stanhope, Netcong, Belvidere, Harmony, Oxford, Glen Gardner,

Valley.
