The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  the Schuylkill River At Norristown.
* From this evening to Tuesday afternoon.
* At 8:30 PM Monday the river level was 13.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.2 feet 
  late tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday 
  morning.
* Impact at 13.0 feet...Water begins to cover and close Riverview 
  Boulevard in West Norriton.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.4 
  feet on 03/11/2011.
