* Forecast...Rise above flood stage to near 9.2 feet by this
  afternoon. The creek will fall below flood stage later today.
* Impact...At 8.5 feet...Flooding begins near Old Capital
  Trail and Newport Road.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
