* Until 400 PM EDT.
* At 1155 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across portions of the warned area. Local
amounts of three to four inches can be expected or have already
fallen. Due to these amounts, flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by showers and thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.
* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Glassboro, Lindenwold, Pitman, Clayton, Berlin, Woodstown, Alloway,
Chesilhurst, Sicklerville, Turnersville, Williamstown, Pine Hill,

At 229 PM EDT, gauge and spotter reports indicated up to four inches
of rain fell between Turnersville, Pitman, and Glassboro. While
there has been a break in the rain, more rain is just to the west of
the warned area. Mantua Creek in Pitman saw rapid rises the last few
hours. The approaching rain could exacerbate existing flooding.
