* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Camden County in southern New Jersey...
  Central Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1245 PM EDT.

* At 1041 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of 
  rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to 
  begin shortly. Frankford Creek in Philadelphia is rising rapidly 
  and nearing flood stage.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Palmyra, Westville,
  Wissinoming, Ben Franklin Bridge, Germantown, Kensington, Center
  City, Golden Triangle, Pennsauken, Collingswood, Merchantville and
  Woodlynne.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 PM EDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN CAMDEN AND CENTRAL PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES...

At 1101 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain falling across the
warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash 
flooding is already occurring with the Frankford Creek in 
Philadelphia rising 6 feet in 45 minutes and thus going above flood 
stage. The heaviest rain is moving southeastward into Camden County 
however overall it is weakening.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
