* At 901 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain falling across
  the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
  
  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

  City, Brigantine, Northfield, Absecon, Margate City, Egg Harbor

ATLANTIC AND NORTHERN CAPE MAY COUNTIES...

At 953 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain falling 
across portions of the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have 
already fallen. Significant flooding has been reported in Margate.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash 
         flooding.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, 
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Atlantic City, Ocean City, Pleasantville, Somers Point, Ventnor City,
Brigantine, Northfield, Absecon, Margate City, Egg Harbor City,
Weymouth, Woodbine, Estell Manor, Port Republic, Longport, Corbin
City, Elwood-Magnolia, Beesleys Point, Seaville and Dorothy.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the 
warned area.
