  Northwestern Beaver County in western Pennsylvania...

* Until 115 AM EDT.
    
* At 1237 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near East Palestine, moving southeast at 50
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

was located near Ohioville, or near East Palestine, moving southeast
at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter-size hail.

         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage

east central Columbiana and northwestern Beaver Counties, including
the following locations... Negley.

The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been
cancelled. However, large hail and damaging wind remain likely, and a
Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.  However
small hail and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 AM EDT for
east central Ohio...and western Pennsylvania.
