* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph localized
  higher gusts possible near 45 mph.

* WHERE...Moses Lake Area, Wenatchee Area Leavenworth, and 
  Waterville Plateau.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM PST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. 
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may 
  result.
