* Tornado Warning for...
  North central Dakota County in east central Minnesota...
  Southern Washington County in east central Minnesota...
  Southeastern Ramsey County in east central Minnesota...

* Until 800 PM CDT.
    
* At 713 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Rosemount, or 14 miles south of St. Paul, moving
  northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights and St. Paul Park around 740 PM
