Dew points will drop sharply this afternoon as a result of strong mixing from the front, and relative humidities are expected to bottom out in the middle 20s to lower 30s across much of southwest Minnesota. These dry and windy conditions along with the dry antecedent conditions will will result in a few hours of critical fire weather conditions developing this afternoon.
