* At 954 AM CDT, a tornado producing storm was located 7 miles west
  of Wilmer, or 10 miles southeast of Lucedale, moving east at 40
  mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
