  20 NM...
  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...
  Pensacola Bay Area including Santa Rosa Sound...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
  60 NM...
  Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM...
  Western Choctawhatchee Bay...

* Until 1100 AM CDT.

* At 902 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 22 nm
  northwest of Blackwater Bay Bridge to near Pensacola Bay to 12 nm
  west of Oriskany Reef to 32 nm south of Perdido Pass, moving
  northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
