* At 1003 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across far northern Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties.
Two to four inches of rain has already occurred near the Escambia
County Alabama border and an additional one to three inches is
likely as additional storms continue to move across the area.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
