  Southwestern Martin County in east central Florida...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 435 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated persistent thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 
  inches of rain have fallen, and an additional 1 to 2 inches is 
  possible with these storms. Water has been reported rising in the 
  canals near J and S Fish Camp. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.
