The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Collier County in southwestern Florida...

* Until 1245 PM EDT.
    
* At 1213 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Big Cypress National Preserve, or 24 miles
  northeast of Chokoloskee, moving north at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

CENTRAL COLLIER COUNTY...
    
At 1223 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Big Cypress National Preserve, or 27 miles northeast
of Chokoloskee, moving north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
