falling in Southeastern Palm Beach County including stalled vehicles 
near SW 30th Avenue near Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach. Over 6 
inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
