The National Weather Service in Midland has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Ward County in western Texas...

* Until 900 PM CDT.

* At 822 PM CDT, a possible tornado was located 3 miles northeast of 
  Pecos moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Public possible tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* The tornado will be near...
  Pyote around 835 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 49 and 65.
