* At 1102 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Two to locally three inches of
rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

FOR LINCOLN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI AND SOUTHEASTERN PIKE
COUNTIES IN NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI...
At 356 AM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in and
around Old Monroe. Up to 6 inches of rain have fallen. Flash
flooding is already occurring. Even though the rain has come to an
end, flash flooding will persist, especially across the southern
portions of Lincoln County.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage
and low lying areas.
