...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK IS CANCELLED...

Local buoys are reporting seas of 2-4 feet suggesting that the
northerly swell has been subsiding across the local Atlantic Waters
and Caribbean Passages. Therefore...the risk of rip currents has 
decreased from high to moderate along the north coast of Puerto 
Rico.
