* At 254 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM AST THIS EVENING 
FOR HUMACAO, JUNCOS, LAS PIEDRAS, MAUNABO, SAN LORENZO AND YABUCOA 
COUNTIES...

At 417 PM AST, Emergency management reported heavy rain across the 
warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash 
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. In fact, Rio 
Maunabo near Barrio Tumbao, Sector Garrona is out of its banks, 
affecting road PR-3 towards Patillas. This portion of the road is 
impassable.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
         flash flooding.

         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* At 553 PM AST, emergency management continue to reported heavy 
  rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have 
  fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. In 
  fact, emergency managers reported that Rio Maunabo in Maunabo is 
  about to go out of its banks, affecting roads PR-759, PR-761, and 
  PR-3. Also, small streams are about to go out of their banks, 
  affecting Barrio Boqueron and roads PR-926 and PR-31 in Las 
  Piedras.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

SAN LORENZO AND YABUCOA COUNTIES HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLOOD 
ADVISORY...

The heavy rain has ended. However, light to moderate rains are 
expected to continue during the next few hours, supporting any 
ongoing urban and small stream flooding. Therefore, the Flash Flood 
Warning has been replaced with a Flood Advisory until flood waters 
recede.
