  already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by Isaias' rain bands.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 AM AST FOR
SABANA GRANDE...GUAYANILLA...LAJAS...CABO ROJO...GUANICA...SAN
GERMAN...HORMIGUEROS AND YAUCO MUNICIPALITIES...

At 931 AM AST, the Doppler radar and satellite images indicated 
another rain band affecting these municipalities and producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Three to six inches of rain have 
already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash 
         flooding. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, 
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.The Flash 
         Flooding is capable of producing unusual severity. Action 
         is needed to protect live and property.
