* At 1044 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM EDT FOR
MARTIN AND CENTRAL DAVIESS COUNTIES...

At 1111 PM EDT, law enforcement reported thunderstorms have produced 
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to five inches of inches of 
rain have fallen in addition to the three to five inches of rain 
that fell yesterday. Flash flooding is already occurring with 
Highway 450 closed due to water rapidly flowing over the road.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash 
         flooding.
