...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM CDT FOR
NORTHERN EDGAR AND NORTHEASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTIES...
At 1121 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain falling across
the warned area. Two to 3 inches of rain have fallen in areas from
Villa Grove east to just south of Chrisman. Water was flowing over
highway 1 north-northeast of Paris near county road 1650 North, and
highway 130 also had water over the road between Camargo and Villa
Grove.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage
and low lying areas.

Northern Edgar County in east central Illinois...
Northeastern Douglas County in east central Illinois...
* Until 245 AM CDT.
* At 1138 PM CDT, the public reported flooding occurring over
portions of the area. State highway 130 between Camargo and Villa
Grove have water over the road, as well as portions of state
highway 1 in northern Edgar County. This area has received 2 to 4
inches of rain from the earlier storms, and additional storms are
dropping southeast out of Champaign and Vermilion Counties,
capable of producing another 1 to 3 inches of rain.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
