  to 30 knots with gusts up to 45 knots and waves 6 to 12 feet 
  possible.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM Thursday to 1 
  AM EST Friday. For the Gale Watch, from late Thursday night 
  through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
