Piers may be heavily swamped by waves. * WHERE...Mason county. * WHEN...From noon EDT today through this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong currents can pull swimmers into deeper water and high waves can sweep people off piers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South winds of 15 to 25 mph and waves of 3 to 5 feet will pose a risk to swimmers and anyone walking out on piers.
