Waves are expected to build to 3 to 5 feet this afternoon as winds increase from the south. * WHERE...Door, Kewaunee and Manitowoc Counties. * WHEN...From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through this evening. * IMPACTS...Strong currents can pull swimmers into deeper water and high waves can sweep people off piers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Beaches impacted include Rock Island State Beach, Baileys Harbor Beaches, Whitefish Dunes Beach, Cresent Beach, City of Kewaunee Beach, Point Beach, Neshotah Beach and Red Arrow Beach.
