* At 706 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Virgil, or 16 miles west of Huron, moving east at
  35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree

was located over Virgil, or 11 miles southwest of Huron, moving east
at 45 mph.
