  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located near
  White, or 13 miles southeast of Estelline, moving east at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.

Porter, or 24 miles southeast of Clear Lake, moving east at 65 mph.
