At 345 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that heavy rain was falling in the warned area. Between 4 and 7.5
inches of rain have fallen, with locally higher amounts,
particularly in and around Montezuma. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.
