* At 923 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated slow-
moving thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

At 1042 PM EDT, law enforcement reported flooding near Muir. Brief
heavy rain from another thunderstorm is moving through the area, but
this should taper off by 1130 PM EDT. Up to three inches of rain
have already fallen near Tower City and Muir.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

At 1124 PM EDT, law enforcement and citizen reports indicate that
flooding is occurring near Muir and Tower City. Up to three inches
of rain fell in that area. Flash flooding is occurring. The rain is
moving to the east, and there should not be enough additional
rainfall to worsen the flooding.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
