* At 314 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain has
already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

STARK COUNTY...
At 412 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated heavy
rain falling across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly. At 330 PM EDT, a river gauge on the West Branch Nimishillen
Creek at Zimber Ditch has risen to 9.40 feet. At 9.50 feet, Lucille
Avenue and Furbee Avenue Southwest are inundated and Price Park is
flooded.
