* At 1242 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has already
fallen with up to 2 inches of additional rainfall possible. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

MARION AND WYANDOT COUNTIES...
At 403 AM EDT, law enforcement reported flooding in the City of
Marion. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen with additional
rain expected the next several hours. Flash flooding is already
occurring. Additional overland flooding can be expected over the
next few hours as runoff continues, likely leading to additional
road flooding. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to
recognize the dangers of flooding.
