  Northwestern Fairfield County in central South Carolina...
  Northeastern Newberry County in central South Carolina...

* Until 1000 PM EST.
    
* At 937 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
  tornado was located near Blair, or 9 miles north of VC Summer 
  Nuclear Station, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
