* Until 300 PM EDT.
* At 108 PM EDT, emergency management reported many road washouts
and impassable roads across the warned area. In southern Edgefield
County, 4 homes were flooded with people trapped inside. Roads
along Dry Branch Creek were also washed out. In Lincoln County
several major roadways were impassable with many secondary roads
along Lloyd Creek washed out. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have
fallen. Rain rates have decreased but runoff will continue to
impact the area over the next few hours.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
